A session is one connected WhatsApp number. On Starter each number is $5/month, up to 5. Growth includes 5 numbers in its flat $29 — there is no per-number charge. Automation runs are account-level: the monthly allowance is shared, however many numbers you have.

What currency are prices in?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans include a 14-day full refund window.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a white-label / reseller option built for automation agencies: license WhatsScale to run WhatsApp automation for your own clients, with a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and a priority SLA. It is not self-serve — contact sales to scope it.
What are Growth and Team?
Growth (for scaling businesses) arrives on 1 October 2026 at $29/month or $299/year, flat. It includes 5 WhatsApp sessions and 100,000 WhatsScale Automations runs a month, with no top-ups and no per-message charges. Beyond those limits you would move to Enterprise. Team (for small agencies) adds project sharing and 5 collaborators, and is still to be priced. Automations are free for everyone during the open beta, which ends on 1 October 2026.
