Which booking systems does this work with?

Any that can call a webhook when a booking is made — which is most of them. You paste the flow’s URL into your booking tool’s webhook settings.

What if my booking tool cannot send webhooks?

Trigger the flow from wherever the booking lands instead — a new row in a spreadsheet, or a new record in your CRM.

Can I also send a reminder before the appointment?

Yes. Add a delay step after the confirmation, then a second message. The Medilink reminder template shows that shape.
