Where does the image come from?
The template takes an image URL, so anything reachable over the web works. To send a different image each week, fetch it earlier in the flow and pass its URL in.
Can it post to several groups?
Add a send step per group, or loop over a list of groups if you keep them somewhere like a spreadsheet.
Can I send a video or a document instead?
Yes. Swap the send step for the video or document action — the schedule and the group stay the same.
