Daily HubSpot Deal Snapshot to WhatsApp
Every morning it pulls the current status of a tracked HubSpot deal and pushes the figures to a WhatsApp chat so the sales team starts the day informed.
Use this templateWhy use it
Your biggest deal is the one everybody asks about, and nobody agrees on where it stands. The amount in the CRM was updated yesterday afternoon, the stage moved on Friday, and half the team is still quoting a number from last week's pipeline review. So every morning starts the same way: someone opens HubSpot, screenshots the deal record, pastes it into the group chat, and answers three follow-up questions about it. When that person is on holiday or busy, the update just doesn't happen, and the team spends the day guessing or pinging each other instead of selling.
How it works
- 1Each morning at the hour you choose, the update fires on its own — nobody has to remember to open the CRM and copy figures into a chat.
- 2HubSpot is queried for the deal you're tracking and returns its current record: the fields you care about, such as deal name, stage, amount and close date, as they stand right now.
- 3The figures are sent as a WhatsApp text message through WhatsScale to the chat or group you point it at, so the team reads the morning number where they already talk.

Questions
Can it track more than one deal?
As written it follows a single deal, which is the usual case for a flagship account or an active tender. For several deals, duplicate the template once per deal and give each copy its own schedule time and destination chat, or point the copies at the same chat a few minutes apart.
Which deal fields end up in the message?
Whatever you put in the message body. The HubSpot step hands you the deal record, and you compose the text yourself — most teams include stage, amount, close date and owner, and drop the rest to keep the message short enough to read on a lock screen.
What time does it run, and can I skip weekends?
You set the hour on the daily schedule, so pick something just before your stand-up. The trigger is a plain daily one, so it will also fire Saturday and Sunday unless you add a condition after it or simply accept two quiet messages a week.
Does it notice when the deal changes during the day?
No. This is a once-a-day photograph of the record, not a live watcher. If the stage moves at 3pm, the team sees it in tomorrow morning's message rather than the moment it happens.
Can it go to a WhatsApp group instead of one person?
Yes. The sending step takes whichever chat you specify, so a shared sales group works exactly the same as a single recipient — and a group is usually the point, since everyone reads the same figure.
What happens if the deal is deleted or the ID is wrong?
The HubSpot lookup fails and no message goes out that morning, which is worth knowing because silence looks the same as a quiet day. If the updates stop arriving, check that the deal still exists and that the ID in the step matches it.
